Coney Island Street Photography Workshop

The next Sunday Street Photography Workshop will be in Coney Island, Brooklyn on 13th of November and we will catch the polar bears, as they call themselves, swimming in the ocean. It is fabulous fun and we will possibly explore other parts of Coney Island as well depending on how much fun we are having at the water.

I suggest that you dress well for the occasion and you might want to wear waterproof boots! The workshop is limited to 6 people and we always have a lot of fun shooting while exploring different techniques.coney-island-polar-bears

breaktime in Chinatown

On a recent photo tour in Chinatown. I always find something to photograph in Chinatown! It has retained a rather old look. Sometimes it’s even difficult to know what year the photos were taken by looking. A timeless look is fabulous for street photography.Chinatown break time.jpg

love Little Odessa!

Stealing time to process photos from the Little Odessa street photography workshop. Took quite a few and working most everyday! Fabulous fun going out shoot the streets of New York City and sharing that with people from around the world! I have many reviews here on my site and on TripAdvisor if you want to know what others have experienced. And of course you can see more about my tours and workshops there as well.bus-stop-blues

Chinatown Photo Tour

Chinatown is one of the many places included in my suggested tours. Whether you are interested in street photography or urban landscapes or both, Chinatown is fabulous for photography. It looks much like it has for the past 40 years. I create tours to match your interests both in photography and neighborhoods and they start at 4 hours and go up to a day or two or more.rainy-chinatown-2

Review by Lee, Sydney, Australia

“My son who is 15 years and a passionate street photographer was keen to explore some street art and take candid shots of New York. Leanne took us to see some wonderful street art in Bushwick, & Williamsburg. Leanne hit the spot and took my son to some wonderful places that we never would have found on our own. Then on a second day we walked the Brooklyn Bridge and explored Dumbo, finishing with a specatular sunset of the Manhattan Skyline. Leanne was friendly and very informative, we would definitely recommend and book Leanne next time we visit NY.” – Lee, Sydney, Australia
